 As a customer or a buyer,  we always hope buy the merchandise with good quality but in cheaper price.  This is a twain contradiction element. Generally, AS a  manufacturer, If you improve the quality, means increase the input cost. That’s  you must  adopt good materials, for ac motor the material silicon steel , cable, winding , end cover etc… If have good materials you will have good products ? Obviously it is not. The right way is meanwhile you must own efficient and stable capable staff team. And employ high technical workers, some times you have to input more R&D staff. All of above step must lead to cost rise. On the other hand, you want to low the price, you must cut down the cost, that means you must use cheaper materials and less employee or even low technical skill workers, but all of them must make the motor quality down. So it is a big challenge that how to make the balance between quality and price.

1). Human factors mainly refers to the quality of the leader, the operator theory, technical level, the first consideration in the process of production to the control of the human factor, because the person is the main part of the production process, product quality by the formation of all participants in the machining process and technical cadres, operators, service personnel to work together, they are the main factors of formation of product quality.

2).Material factors Material (including raw materials, finished products , semi-finished products) is the material conditions of product production, material quality is the basis of product quality, material quality does not meet the requirements, product quality can not meet the standard.  Therefore, strengthening material quality control is an important guarantee to improve product quality.  The main factors affecting the quality of materials are the composition of materials, physical properties, chemical properties, etc.  

3).Method factor, the method in the production process includes the technical scheme, process flow, organizational measures, detection means, product design and so on adopted in the whole production process.  Whether product design is correct or not directly affects whether product quality can be achieved smoothly

3. How to improve the quality

1).We know the quality involve in five factor, human, materials, machine, method and environment.  

 First, our sense of quality should be improved.  All staff should establish four concepts： namely, the quality first, the pre-control,  service for users and data basic.  Secondly, the staff quality . The leadership and technicist are highly qualified. Strong decision-making ability, strong quality planning, target management, production organization and technical guidance, quality inspection ability;  Perfect management system, effective technical measures, high product quality.  Operators should have exquisite technical skills, meticulous work style, strict implementation of quality standards and operating procedures of the legal concept;  Service personnel should do a good job in technical and life services, with excellent work quality, indirectly to ensure product quality. 2).About materials, the factors that affect the quality of materials are mainly the composition of materials, physical properties, chemical properties and so on. The key points of material control are:

B). Master material information and select suppliers.

6.How to find the balance. As mentioned before , quality and price are twain contradiction element.

 If you resort quality only and ignore the cost, your ac motor ( electric motor, gear motor, grinder motor etc.) will scare off customers due to it’s  high price.  On other hand, If you resort low price to To attract customers and ignore the quality, it must be one-time business, and will get claim.

However this is same as Hamlet said：“To be, or not to be-that is the question”. So we must find the balance between quality and the price.

The best way is according with custmers requirements and refer your manufacturer feature and marketing positioning. If the ac motor is  conform to your marketing positioning, you can get further discuss with customer. Otherwise you can ask customer to find another manufacturer. 1).Firstly all aoer motor firmly established the idea that  customer is first, and fully sevice customer.

In the practice, if received customer enquiry, generally, aoercmotor will get the sample by freight collect (aoer motor will pay the cost), after received the sample, R&D and technical department will reserch the motor and analyze the parameters, then will design the electromagnetic scheme to make the sample according with customer requirements. Sometimes maybe give customer some suggestion if his sample design unreasonable.

3).After the counter sample ready then send to customer for test and inspect.  If pass the test and get confirmed, customer place the order, then they will begin the production.

4).If the counter sample cannot satisfy customer requirements, they will improve the sample and correct the problem which find during the test.

5). Repeat above steps, until solve all of the problem. Then  into production step.

7.How to implement it

1).You should better to control the function quality and price reach a best balance.  Make the motor not only satisfy function demand but also meet customer request in the price. According with different motor function use various materials. Please don’t make the extra function for custom-made motor, because of this extra function no useful but increase cost to customer. And also lead to price rise.

For example, one customer need concrete mixer motor, this motor used on concrete mixer in construction site, and most time only use one year, and will buy new one next year. So in this situation, aoer-motor suggest to customer needn’t to make the mixer motor by full copper windings. The guarantee quality more than one year is ok. The cost can be low and price meet customer requested. In the end, quality and price reached the best balance.

2).Some times customer submit the sample is poor quality but hope to used to high request machine. In this situation ,you may suggest customer use some better materials to improve the quality and suitable for the machine. One times, aoer motor received one customer sample for coffee grinder and milk mixer machine.  But after test and analyzed the sample, they did not think the ac motor suitable for food machine, so they recommend use better quality material for the motor, such as full copper windings.  It can make the ac motor strong power and longer use life and the cost rise a bit little. The design meet customers requirements and the price accepted by customer.  So the quality and price reached best balance once again.

If we really make clear quality and price potential relation, then we can get right way to treat them and make motor in good quality and have competitive price.
