1.How do we ensure your product and service quality?
Our production process strictly follow ISO9001-2015 standard.We have strictly quality control system in our production process and 10 times inspection for each finished product before package.and We have 12 monthes quality guarantee after BL date.If the product can not work accord to the confirmation by both of you and us, and the problem is due to our fail working, we will provide exchange same products to you.Aoer Appliance Team have 24*6 service for you.
2.Can we offer and make samples if I only have drawings or samples?
Of course, we can offer to you according to your drawings and samples.Aoer Appliance is a OEM manufacturer covering all process of design,manufacture,testing and delivery. You can send the sample by freight collect.We will pay the freight cost.
3.What shall we do if we can not find exact same product we need? Can we customlize products as per our unique request?
Almost our products display on our website.And the specification shown is for exsit product.We can adjust the specifications to meet your requirements.We can also customlize products as per your unique request.So please contact us fee freely.
4.How about the payment?
Aoer Appliance provide a Flexible and multi-choice for our clients. We will send you performance invoice once we get agreement with you.You by T/T or L/C at sight as you like. Generally 30~40% paid advance , balance paid against copy of B/L.
5.How about the lead time ( When will you finished the order) ?
Normally,it need about 25~30 days to manufacture your products after we receive your first payment. Also it can be discussed based on order qty and production schedule.
6.What is the MOQ?
Different poducts have different MOQ. The gear motor MOQ is 100 pcs.Others electric motor MOQ about 200~300 pcs. The more details please contact with us.
7.What is the most convenient way if we visit you?
Welcome to Aoer Appliance!Our company is located at Shengzhou City.We near to Ningbo airport and Hangzhou airport. It about 2 hour by car, And about 3 hour by car to Shanghai Pudong airport. We can send car to pick up you at these airport. If you in China, you can also take high speed rail to Shengzhou-Xinchang station. We will pick up you at the station. We can also pick up you at Ningbo, Hangzhou or Yiwu etc.
8.What’s your main products?
Our main products are AC electric motor, although we can produce electic motor from from 40W to 3000W, but our main motor power are 200W to 2000W, They are gear reduce motor and concrete mixer motor, pool pump motor etc.
9.What’s your new products?
From the year of 2022 we develop the new products- concrete mixer. It base on our gear reducer motor. We only get profit from electric motor, the mixer frame can be zero profit, so our concrete mixer have competitive price.
10.Can you provid sample?
Yes, we can provid current products sample or similar sample. You only pay the freight cost. If need develop the customization sample, you need pay some charge of the developing.
